Yasmin Maura-Orihuela, Associate AIA, CDT
Project Manager
Yasmin is a licensed architect in Peru and a licensed candidate in the United States with over 12 years of international experience. Throughout her career, she has contributed to a wide range of projects, including institutional, mixed-use, high-end residential, public spaces, libraries, and urban planning. For the past 7 years, Yasmin has focused on exterior design and building envelope, developing a strong passion for the intricate relationship between architectural form and function. She brings comprehensive understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling), leveraging it to enhance the design process providing a smooth transition from concept to construction. This skill allows her to seamlessly integrate design and construction, ensuring that every detail aligns with the project’s vision. Yasmin thrives in the construction process, enjoying the hands-on experience of seeing each project element come together to achieve its final form. Currently, she serves as Co-Chair of the Emerging Professional Knowledge Community and Co-Chair of the Network and Design Subcommittee in the Women in Design (WID) Knowledge Community at the Boston Society of Architects (BSA). She holds a Construction Document Technology certification from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Boston Architectural College.

BIM Manager of the project. Responsible for keeping the Revit model up to date and managing the collaboration through ACC platform with the rest of the team. Worked in collaboration with the team designing the facade of the new Public Safety Building at Logan Airport.

Job captain and BIM Manager role in the Project. Worked with the project manager monitoring bridging team drawings until and during construction. Assisted the project manager during the CA process participating in OAC and client meetings, reviewing submittals, answering RFIs and solving design concerns from the Design Team ensuring the original design intent from the Bridging team was kept.

Verified and documented existing conditions, coordinated with MEE MEP engineering, prepared construction documents for the roof replacement for bidding.
One Spartan Way and Two Contra Way – Merrimack, NH
Updated and verified previous assessment of the exterior of the two buildings, provided construction documentation and assisted with the bidding process.
1690 Revere Beach Parkway – Everett, MA
Acted on behalf of the owner, providing architectural engineering consulting as necessary for design review of all aspects of the exterior building enclosure systems. This included construction administration services and periodic site visits.
