Lance Robson, AIA, CPHC
Principal
Lance is a consultant with over 40 years’ experience in Building Enclosure design, restoration and investigation. His areas of expertise include roofing, wall cladding, curtain wall, fenestration, masonry and concrete repair, waterproofing and air barriers. Lance established Building Envelope Technologies, Inc. in 2000. He later also co-founded Robson and So Engineering, Inc., a multi-discipline engineering firm. Prior to establishing Building Envelope Technologies, Inc, Lance managed the Building Envelope Department of CID Associates in Boston, a 95 person firm providing multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural services to commercial, industrial and institutional clients. Lance actively maintains his expertise through participation in professional societies and is currently working to establish air barrier systems standards through ASTM.
