Eric is a registered architect with 20 years of experience as a designer, project architect, and project manager for a wide range of private and institutional clients, encompassing new construction, renovation, and rehabilitative maintenance programs. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional with a strong understanding of sustainable design.

His expertise spans all phases of design, including building systems coordination, building envelope detailing, project documentation, construction administration, fenestration testing, leak investigation, and building envelope commissioning.

Project experience includes new construction, renovation, and envelope rehabilitation across diverse building types such as classrooms, laboratories, offices, athletic facilities, and residential properties.

Construction administration experience includes site observations and the review of contractor and subcontractor submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.

Building envelope commissioning services for LEED gold certification. Project was a 191,000 SF senior living facility, including independent living, assisted living, and manage care units.

 

101 Cambridge Park Drive, Cambridge, MA – Building Envelope Commissioning Services

Design document review, construction site observation, and required documentation for building envelope commissioning for LEED gold certified lab building.

 

Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Evans Wing Roofing & Skylight Replacement – Boston, MA

Design, specification, and construction administration services for replacement of the existing 1980’s era plastic skylights on the Historic Evans Wing at the MFA with new aluminum framed skylights and high performance, insulating glazing. Project included replacement of the existing slate and rubber roofing with new slate roofing, soldered copper gutter linings, and new EPDM rubber roofing.

 

College of the Holy Cross, Beaven Hall, Masonry Envelope Restoration – Worcester, MA

Design, specification, and construction administration services for repair and complete repointing of existing masonry envelopes at Beaven Hall, at the College of the Holy Cross. Project scope included slate roofing repairs, and copper gutter replacement. South and East facades completed in Summer of 2025. North and West facades to be completed in Summer 2026.

 

Dana Farber Cancer Center, Shields Warren Building – Boston, MA

Design, specification, and construction administration for the replacement of the existing roofing systems on the 1960’s era Shields Warren building on the Longwood Campus of Dana Farber Cancer Center. Project included the replacement of the existing damaged rubber roof with a new multi-ply, modified bituminous roofing system, to be coordinated with the replacement of the existing rooftop air handler units. The project included coordination and compliance with FM Global standards for roof replacement of existing facilities.

 

Enterprise Bank, Envelope Restoration – Lowell, MA

Designed and oversaw the repair and restoration of the existing masonry building envelope, historic wood windows, in addition to the complete replacement of related non-historic windows at complex of protected early 20th century masonry office buildings.

 

Fidelity Corporation 500 Salem Street Roof Replacement – Smithfield, RI

Design specification, and construction administration services for roof replacement project for Fidelity Corporation, for an office building located on their Smithfield, RI campus, including coordination and compliance with FM Global standards for roof replacement for existing facilities.

 

Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester, Martin Richard Dorchester Fieldhouse – Dorchester, MA

Exterior envelope consulting and construction administration services for the architect on a new construction fieldhouse project for the Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester.

 

Holocaust Museum – Boston, MA

Building envelope commissioning services and consulting for the owner’s project manager, for the new Holocaust Museum being constructed in downtown Boston for the Holocaust Legacy Foundation.
