Field Oversight and Quality Assurance

We monitor installation of roofing, facade systems, waterproofing, air barriers, windows, structural components, and related enclosure systems to confirm conformance with the contract documents.
We administer construction meetings, review payment requisitions, and evaluate change orders to ensure that progress aligns with completed work and approved scope. Our role includes quality assurance and quality control oversight, helping to ensure workmanship meets both design intent and industry best practices.
Construction mockups and field testing are coordinate and observed to verify performance prior to full-scale installation. Where appropriate, we utilize aerial drone surveys and inspections to document elevated or difficult-to-access conditions and provide comprehensive photographic reporting.
Project Closeout and Documentation
As projects approach completion, BET conducts detailed punch-list inspections and supports final sign-offs to confirm that enclosure systems are properly installed and fully documented. For controlled construction projects, we prepare and review required initial and closeout affidavits to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
