The Newbury of Brookline

In 2021, Building Envelope Technologies, Inc., was chosen to provide building enclosure commissioning services for a new construction project for The Hym Investment Group, LLC. The 221,000 square foot senior living facility, The Newbury of Brookline, houses approximately 160 residential units.
BET has been working in accordance with LEED IV standards, and adhering to ASHRAE and NIBS guidelines throughout the commissioning process.
