Grandmarc

BET provided design assistance and construction observation services for the Grandmarc Building at Northeastern University. This project included the demolition of the YMCA gymnasium fronting on St. Botolph Street and the construction of a new, 17-story building for the provision of 720 Northeastern dormitory beds.
