We’re thrilled to share exciting news as we’re preparing to wrap up 2025 – a year of milestones for Building Envelope Technologies! This year, we celebrate 25 years of excellence, growth, and innovation, and the acquisition of our new, larger office in the historic village of North Easton, a space designed to support our team and clients as we continue to grow. 
This is especially important for us as we also transition to a new generation of leadership over the next few years, to two familiar faces many of you already know and trust: Andrea Sonan, AIA, CPHC, REWC, NCARB and David Horton, PE. With over 50 years of combined industry experience, and 9 and 13 years at BET respectively, Andrea and David have played key roles in shaping our culture, guiding our direction, and delivering the high-quality work our clients expect.
Our Founding Principal, Lance Robson, will remain an important part of the team throughout and after the transition, continuing to offer his guidance and expertise as a consulta
nt. His steady support will help ensure a smooth and exciting evolution for all of us.
Effective immediately, Andrea and David will hold the title of Principals, marking an important milestone in our company’s history. As we celebrate 25 years of building strong relationships and setting the standard in our industry, we’re deeply grateful to our team, clients, and partners who make achievements like this possible.
