585 Kendall
Building Envelope Technologies (BET) braved one of the coldest days in Boston this winter (so far) on January 21, 2025, to attend the topping off ceremony at 585 Kendall in Cambridge.
BET was chosen to provide building envelope commissioning services for the duration of the construction process.
585 Kendall will consist of approximately 600,000 square feet of laboratory and office space, creating a purpose-built research and development facility for Takeda to deliver life-transforming therapies for patients.
The building will house a 30,000-square-foot performing arts center, multipurpose rooms, and an indoor garden, all of which will provide much-needed rehearsal, performance and gathering spaces for artists and community members.
