7 Water Street

BET was has been providing ongoing enclosure consulting services for the historic 7 Water Street building in downtown Boston for over 20 years. The building was originally constructed in 1899 and was one of the first buildings in Boston to incorporate steel framing into the mass masonry structure. BET has performed several Facade Ordinance certifications at the building, and recently provided design and construction oversight services for repairs to the masonry facade, replacement of the main roof system, and waterproofing repairs at the basement.
