Back in 2021, Building Envelope Technologies, Inc. teamed up with ICO Energy & Engineering, Greystar, and Consigli Construction Co., Inc. to embark on a new construction project, 74M, providing building enclosure commissioning services for the entirety of the project.
This 465,000-square-foot building, located in Somerville, Massachusetts, is Greystar’s first life science development. It will feature a Class-A lab, research & development, and office space, and will boast 350 parking spaces. The structure will be LEED Platinum and WELL certified, with additional WiredScore and SmartScore certifications.
