After breaking ground on the project back in March of 2022, BET provided architectural engineering consulting services for the duration. The six-level structure boasts 427 market-rate apartments, 23 affordable housing units, and 6500 square feet of ground floor retail. Additionally, the lot provides 564 parking spaces for residents and shoppers.
