212 Stuart Street

BET was retained for this project as the building envelope consultant to provide design assistance and construction observation services for the exterior envelope construction of 212 Stuart Street. The project is understood to include new construction for a 21-level above grade high-rise building facility to provide residential occupancy. The building is generally described to include a cast concrete framed structure with low slope roof system characteristics, and exterior veneer walls incorporating precast concrete panels and aluminum framed glazing systems incorporating both operable and fixed lites. As it is understood, construction is underway and includes the erection of precast panels with fenestration systems and roofing to follow. The project is being constructed by Consigli Construction in accordance with design documents prepared by Sasaki with the project architect Vidaris administering the construction.
