Michael is a consultant with over 21 years of experience as a senior technical architect and project manager, representing institutional and private owners, for projects ranging from new construction to adaptive historic reuse.

Michael has extensive experience in the design and documentation process with exemplary knowledge of detailing, building codes, and construction techniques for highly technical project types from research laboratories and data centers to natatoriums and performing art centers.

Michael is experienced in working with clients to develop and evaluate their requirements, goals, and expectations, through the application of his knowledge of products, materials, construction techniques, and industry practices.

From an environmental design perspective he brings to BET experience in researching, developing, and implementing LEED strategies including life cycle analysis, payback, and product selection for a wide range of solutions to maximize their effectiveness.
